Blind barrister Man Sun-hop (Vincent Wong), aka Perception Man, has a superlative fourth sense. He teams up with female legal executive Chiu Ching-mui (Sisley Choi) and private investigator Kut Yat-ha (Owen Cheung) to seek justice for the underprivileged.
