A serial murder case brings RCU SP Ting Lok-fung (Bowie Lam) and IP Ying Hoi (Owen Cheung) together. While tracking down the perpetrator, Ying Hoi is forced to ask his old foe psychologist Yeung Tsz-fei (Kelly Fung) for help. The trio unravel the mystery and find out some murder syndicate is behind the atrocities. And the syndicate use some mysterious website to put forward the scheme of New Seven Deadly Sins in which violators of New Seven Deadly Sins are to be executed.
