Synopsis

Some dope called Powder Gremlin is everywhere in the city. Undercover cop Poon Yik-fung (Mark Ma) has been mingling with wise guys and eventually brings narcotic chemist Kuen Sai-ho to justice, but the crook only receives a lenient sentence! Yik-fung asks his boss to consider extending the undercover operation with permission to recruit a contingent of undercover policewomen, and the aim is to investigate the mysterious mastermind behind Sai-ho’s scheme. Yik-fung selects three pretty female decoys, each with their unique talents: Shum Kai-kei (Kelly Cheung), aka Female Sherlock Holmes; Kong Miu-chi (Jeannie Chan), aka Meticulous and Sharp-witted Martial Arts Expert; and Tung Siu-yue (Yuki Law), aka Ever-changing Walking Encyclopedia.
